Pearl Jam and Foo Fighters have been added to the line-up for the V-H-1 Rock Honors that will salute The Who. The event will take place July 12th at the Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles and air on V-H-1 July 17th. The Who will close out the night by performing their own set. Pearl Jam's involvement at the show is not surprising -- Eddie Vedder has repeatedly cited Pete Townshend as a big influence and has performed with Townshend at various events, and the entire band has played numerous Who covers throughout their career MUST BE NICE TO LOOK UP TO SOMEONE YOUR ENTIRE LIFE AND THEN GET TO JOIN THEM IN THEIR PROFESSION WHEN YOU ARE AN ADULT... EDDIE YOU LUCKY BASTARD YOU!
