A great way to kick off summer in Cincinnati! Take some craft beer and add ice cream! United Dairy Farmers and local brewery Rhinegeist plan to mix the two favorites and create Tropical Truth, a beer-flavored ice cream made using Rhinegeist Truth IPA. You will be able to find Tropical Truth at Cincinnati area stores on Memorial Day in a statement released from both UDF and Rhinegeist. Tropical Truth is a blend of grapefruit, mango and citrus hop flavors that is mixed with UDF’s creamy ice cream. Rhinegeist will be holding an ice cream social at its brewery on June 1st located at 1910 Elm St. in Over-the-Rhine.  Beer floats and lots of other treats will be on sale during the event.
