A Newport 3-year-old got his mobility back after his stolen wheelchair was found.
Eckert and Jessika Russell said that they were warming up their SUV in their driveway when it was stolen. Their son Jordan’s wheelchair was in the back. The Russells said Thursday that the SUV – with the wheelchair still inside – had been found. More than $8,000 that had been donated via a YouCaring campaign will be returned, the family said.
